5. Certificates

Invexom reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke a certificate if it is discovered that the participant engaged in plagiarism, fraud, misrepresentation, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
A certificate represents participation or successful completion of the applicable program. It does not represent a guarantee of employment, placement, or professional qualification.
6. Payments & Task Review Charges
Certain internship programs may require a nominal fee.
Any applicable internship fee is primarily a task review and platform support charge, and is not a hidden fee. These charges help Invexom maintain platform operations, servers, learning resources, task evaluation, mentorship support, and related administrative services.
The applicable fee for a particular program or service will be displayed before payment.
Payments for digital services, software, ERP solutions, internships, task reviews, or other services are subject to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website.
7. Digital Services & Software
For website development, application development, software, ERP solutions, and other customized digital services, the scope, deliverables, timelines, and applicable charges may be agreed upon separately with the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, credentials, materials, and other information necessary for the completion of the service.
Changes in requirements after development has commenced may result in additional charges or changes to the delivery timeline.
